Last Tuesday the club convened for its annual Changeover.   Our new president, Jason, was inducted along with Board for this new Rotary year.   The mission, the purpose, the difference we make, continues on.
An important event in every Rotary club year is the Changeover.  For the last year, we have enjoyed, as our President, the leadership of Trevor McGuirk.   We are grateful for everything we have achieved and for the difference we have made together.

Before signing off, Trevor, along with District Governor Kim Harvey, had the privilege of awarding a number of distinctions to long-standing club members.  Congratulations to Valerie Bonython and Patsy Beckett on being awarded Paul Harris Fellowships, and to Greg McLeod and Dennis Liddle on being awarded sapphire pins.  Congratulations to you all.

He has now taken off to Peru to continue is Rotary work in Cusco.

During the evening, Trevor inducted Brenton Judge as a new member of the Rotary Club of Unley; congratulations Brenton.

The pièce de résistance of the evening was the induction of Jason Booth as our President for the 2019/2020 Rotary Year, along with the Board.   Congratulations Jason, we look forward to a great year ahead.
